Hello I’m Emma, 👋

I worked for the NHS for over 15 years, working within Occupational Therapy with Older Persons Mental Health, Palliative Care, Respiratory and Orthopaedics. 

Due to me working with people with a vast range of long term health conditions and finding this role very rewarding I decided it was time for a career change. 

After passing my Level 2 Gym Instructors Course I went onto do my Level 3 GP referral and Level 4 Postural Stability Instructors courses which then enabled me to begin teaching classes along side my partner at The LIFE Programme CIC as an Exercise Specialist. 

I currently teach Low Impact Exercise, Easy Does it, Dancercise Gold and Falls Prevention Classes. 

I have recently passed my Level 3 Mat based Pilates and currently in the process of looking for venues and locations to start these classes up,

If you have never done Pilates before, tried it but never felt that you really understood or you want to refresh the basics of Pilates then this will be the class for you.

Over the weeks we will progressively cover in detail the fundamentals of Pilates…

Alignment of the Spine and Joints.-This will help reduce pain throughout the body, including back & neck pain, hip pain, leg & foot pain.
🌟How to Breathe - breathing helps to relax tight, tense muscles, relieve tension and stress, aid a better nights sleep and help the mind to focus on the body.
🌟How to find your Centre “Core Muscles” to give you strength balance and support.
